I have been a Cranial Sacral practitioner for 12 years. I use Cranial Sacral techniques with gentle coaching to empower self healing.

Cranial Sacral body work uses light pressure applied to various parts of the body to stimulate the release of physical, emotional and mental blockages in the body. These blockages develop in reaction to stress and trauma. The light hands-on approach develops deep relaxation to help alleviate misalignment and provide relief and rest.

Cranial Sacral body work has proven successful for a wide variety of symptoms. It rebalances the central nervous system and helps address chronic pain, back aches, spinal misalignment, depression, insomnia, hypertension, headaches, migraines and fatigue.
