Herb Classes 2011
I am grateful to all of you who have stopped at my Table at the St Lawrence Market or other locations and have agreed to allow me to keep in touch with you!
Over the Winter months, my personal life has taken all my extra resources, so this is the first time in quite a while that I have managed to send out an e-mail.
I hope to change that practice in the next few months. I expect this to be an exciting and busy year and I intend to keep in touch with everyone, through these e-mails.
Gathering Together
Hello everybody!!
It has taken me some time to get back to my e-mails!! I thank you for your interest and your patience.
It has been a busy summer, involving a lot of travelling about the beautiful Ontario countryside! Most of the travelling has been to harvest the Herbs as they come into season, particularly on my own land, on the Black River. This summer many others were able to join me in the harvest, camping on the land, cooking on a fire, swimming in the river, harvesting and processing the Herbs! We had a few adventures, as some of the picture on the website show!
